A Must in Geneva for all Brunch Lovers

In addition to the traditional French pastries, breads and aged cheeses with their side dishes, the brunch offers a lavish buffet of cold starters including mixed vegetables "jardinières", seasonal "verrines", cold cuts and fishes, Lebanese mezzes, mini burgers sushis… Hot dishes are made to order and served by the plate on an all-you-can-eat basis. Each Sunday there's a fish, a meat and a risotto or a pasta dish. A sumptuous buffet of gourmet desserts by the pastry chef Didier Steudler completes the culinary offering, with fresh fruit skewers, mini-pastries, sweet and colourful verrines, home-style cakes and tarts, Danish pastries and more.

The brunch is usually served at the Glow bar, offering a cozy atmosphere by the fireplaces and facing the lake. During summertime, the brunch takes place at the Umami restaurant by the pool to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Poolgarden terrace and admire the panoramic view over the lake. In case of bad weather, the Brunch is then served at the Glow bar.

The brunch is served every Sunday from 12pm to 2.30 pm.
